Healthy Kids Snack

The following list does not include every healthy snack on earth. However, this list will put you on the right path to start and move forward with you own healthy snacks.

We challenge you to rework some of your family favorites, using healthier ingredients. If you can make it a family project or contest the changes will be better received. Let's Move suggests that "kids (and adults too!) are more willing to try new foods when they help pick them."
